The Eighth New York Complex Matter Workshop will coincide with the I2CAM sponsored Workshop entitled, "Active Soft Materials: From Granular Rods to Flocks, Cells and Tissues" to be held at Syracuse University from May 18-21, 2009. Tuesday, May 19, is the day where one hour in the afternoon has been scheduled for sound bytes for New York Complex Matter participants.
