Al-Aithan has been submitted to Phys. Rev. this paper is particularly
interesting since it deals with a topic of interest to members of the Syracuse
University CLEO team. Prof. Giancarlo Moneti and other members of the
CLEO group will be performing an analysis of new data that will test the
predictions of this model.
